We send full access instructions 24 hours before your arrival. All our properties use a lockbox or key safe. You can arrive at whatever time suits you — there is no need to coordinate a handover with anyone. We are available on WhatsApp if anything comes up on arrival.
Yes, always. When you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, they add a service fee of around 12 to 18 percent. That fee does not exist when you book directly with us. The rate we give you is the final price — nothing is added at checkout.
